UX RESEARCHER AND DESIGNER
During my tenure as a UX Researcher and Designer, I passionately led the design of
an ingredients preview app for a dog food delivery service, envisioning a seamless
experience for users. This project aligned perfectly with my enthusiasm for understanding user needs and creating impactful digital solutions.
Deliver an efficient service that not only meets these needs but also empowers owners with product knowledge.
Driven by my curiosity and desire to delve into user behavior, I employed qualitative research methods, including competitive analysis and user interviews. These insights guided our persona hypothesis construction and informed our usability study. As we transitioned from low-fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes, I realized the power of design in shaping meaningful interactions.
